These updates will be required by CHIEF for import declarations after

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i>Impatex</i></b> is pleased to announce that
Customs
Manager version 1.9.14 has been released.<br>
<br>
Briefly, this update includes IMPORTANT changes to the number of pkgs
fields at header and item level on Import jobs, in line with CHIEF
release 31A due on October 25th 2009. This will implement the same
validation on package kind, and marks that was introduced on Export
declarations earlier in the year, along with various other tweaks and
improvements. For a full list of
updates please see the Version Release notes from the Help Menu<o:p></o:p></p>
