[Software updates] New Versions of Customs Manager 1.9.2.0

[Impatex Software Updates]

Dear all,

Impatex are pleased to announce that the new versions of Customs  
Manager are available to download using 'Download Manager'.

When you are ready, please ensure all users are out of the system, a  
backup is done and then the new versions are downloaded and  
installed. To find out what is new please see the 'Version Release  
Log' download. If you want to find out exactly what is new before  
loading them onto your system then simply download and install the  
'Version Release Log' ONLY, log into a module (i.e. Visual Broker)  
and choose 'Version Release' from the HELP menu.

To highlight one of the major changes is the ability to output a  
print to either a file, PDF or email from within the software.  
Attached is a simple 'how-to' describing the new function. This will  
allow you to email your customers various prints instead of mailing  
them in the post. There are also many hidden changes with regard to  
Sad-Harmonisation.

You will now also find off the HELP menu a 'Request Remote Support'  
facility that will connect directly to our remote support software  
when speaking to our help-desk.

Other developments soon to be released:

Auto-Email - configure certain reports to be automatically emailed to  
your customers/clients.
Rapid data updates (The HMRC Tariff, mid-month changes and other  
important Customs/Tariff data can be released to you as soon as we  
have the information - all with users still in the system!).
